MANAGER REPORT

Ms. Howley reported the following:

Matt Houtman, Ben Cialini and I spent last Monday and Tuesday in court with Mr. Orenshaw. On Tuesday, Mr. Orenshaw agreed to a settlement. He will pay a fine of $500 and submit proper plans for a land distrubance permit within 3 months. Mr. Spangler, attorney for the township, will write the order and it will be signed by Judge Platt.

Attended the 2020 Conference April 22nd. The conference was well attended and the main speaker was Gov. Ridge talking about the "growing greener" movement in Pennsylvania.

The township clean up went very well. The road crew went to 127 homes for chipping branches. Dave Allen will report on this at the next meeting.

Met with the Properties Committee and reviewed a master plan for the township building renovations. John Rosencrans will go back with the changes suggested and put some numbers to it. We will meet again to finalize the plan on May 11th before coming before the Board.

The "Y" meeting has been changed from May 5th to June 2nd to discuss the Johnson property with the abutting property owners. The Board suggested a meeting with property owners on June 9th to discuss their concerns about the project. Property owners will be attending Planning Commission and Supervisor meetings to keep up to date on the progress of this development.

All supervisors attended the spring road inspection on May 1st.
