PENNSBURY TOWNSHIP
CONDITIONAL USE HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Pennsbury Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania will hold a public hearing on Wednesday November 19, 2025, at 6:00 PM in the public meeting room of the Pennsbury Township Building, 702 Baltimore Pike, Chadds Ford, PA 19317. The hearing is to consider the application for conditional use approval of Andrea Pouschine and Boris Canas. The applicants request approval under Section 162-2045 of the Pennsbury Township Zoning Ordinance necessary to install a roof-mounted solar energy system and solar panels which will face the street and be visible from the street on the existing dwelling on the applicants’ property located at 21 Stirling Way, Chadds Ford, PA, Chester County UPI No. 64-3M-3.  Any person who wishes to attend the hearing and has a disability and/or requires an auxiliary aid, service, or other accommodation to observe or participate in the proceedings should contact the Township Manager at 610-388-7323 to discuss how their needs may be accommodated.
