IN RE: Application of John and Jill Renninger seeking the following zoning relief:
(1) variances from the prohibition against accessory structures being located in the
front yard or farther forward on a property than the principal building under zoning ordinance sections 162-2002.A(2)(b) and (c); (2) a variance from the 600 square foot maximum ground floor area of all accessory buildings on a lot under ordinance section 162-2002.A(2)(d); and (3) a variance from the 15-foot maximum building height for accessory structures under ordinance section 162-2002.A(4); and such other relief as may be necessary, all so as to permit the construction of new residential dwellings and accessory structures on property located at 800 Hickory Hill Road, West Chester, PA (UPI #64-3-85.9) in the Township’s R-2 Residential and Route 1 Corridor and Brandywine Battlefield Overlay zoning districts.

AND IN RE: Application of John and Jill Renninger seeking the following zoning relief: (1) a variance from the 600 square foot maximum ground floor area of all accessory buildings on a lot under ordinance section 162-2002.A(2)(d); (2) a variance from the 15-foot maximum building height for accessory structures under ordinance section 162-2002.A(4); and (3) a special exception under ordinance section 162-1506.C or a variance as required by section 162.1506.F from the prohibition against construction within the Zone One Inner Riparian Buffer, under ordinance section 162-1503.E.2, so as to permit the widening of an existing driveway for use as a shared driveway; and such other relief as may be necessary; all so as to permit the construction of new residential dwellings and accessory structures on property located at 1000 Hickory Hill Road, West Chester, PA (UPI #64-3-86.2) in the Township’s R-2 Residential and Route 1 Corridor and Brandywine Battlefield Overlay zoning districts.
