MacMain, seeking a variance from the 50-foot minimum side yard setback requirement under zoning ordinance section 162-403.E, and such other relief as may be required, so as to enable the conversion and enlargement of an existing attached garage into additional living space, where one corner of the converted building will encroach not more than ten feet into the required side yard on property located at 357 Chandler Road, Chadds Ford, PA (UPI #64-1-32) in the Township’s R-1 Residential zoning district.
