DESCRIPTION:PUBLIC NOTICE\nPENNSBURY TOWNSHIP \nCONDITIONAL USE HEARING \nNotice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Pennsbury Township\, Chester County\, Pennsylvania will hold a public hearing on Wednesday\, April 15\, 2026\, at 5:30 PM in the public meeting room of the Pennsbury Township Building\, 702 Baltimore Pike\, Chadds Ford\, PA 19317. The hearing is to consider the application for conditional use approval of Applicants John and Jill Renninger\, owners of properties located at 800 and 1000 Hickory Hill Road\, Chester County UPI Nos. 64-3-85.9 and 64-3-86.2.  The properties are located in the R-1 Residential Zoning District and the Route 1 Corridor and Brandywine Battlefield Overlay Zoning District.  The applicants request approval under Section 162-1204-a of the Pennsbury Township Zoning Ordinance for the construction of four new single-family detached dwellings and several accessory buildings on four new lots.  The Township Zoning Ordinance requires conditional use approval for all proposed uses to be located in the Route 1 Corridor and Brandywine Battlefield Overlay Zoning District.  Any person who wishes to attend the hearing and has a disability and/or requires an auxiliary aid\, service\, or other accommodation to observe or participate in the proceedings should contact the Township Manager at 610-388-7323 to discuss how their needs may be accommodated.

The hearing is to consider the application for conditional use approval of Applicants John and Jill Renninger\, owners of properties located at 800 and 1000 Hickory Hill Road\, Chester County UPI Nos. 64-3-85.9 and 64-3-86.2.  The properties are located in the R-1 Residential Zoning District and the Route 1 Corridor and Brandywine Battlefield Overlay Zoning District.  The applicants request approval under Section 162-1204-a of the Pennsbury Township Zoning Ordinance for the construction of four new single-family detached dwellings and several accessory buildings on four new lots.  The Township Zoning Ordinance requires conditional use approval for all proposed uses to be located in the Route 1 Corridor and Brandywine Battlefield Overlay Zoning District.  Any person who wishes to attend the hearing and has a disability and/or requires an auxiliary aid\, service\, or other accommodation to observe or participate in the proceedings should contact the Township Manager at 610-388-7323 to discuss how their needs may be accommodated.
