Township Taxes

Township property tax bills are mailed out on March 1 by Berkheimer Associates. The township collects a real estate tax and an earned income tax; additionally, some residents pay a hydrant fee.  The property tax rate for 2025 is 1.49 mills.  If you have not received a tax bill by mid-March, please call Berkheimer Assoc. 610-599-3143.

The discount period ends on May 1. The face amount is due from May 1 to July 1, and after July 1, a 10% penalty applies. For specific questions about your bill, please contact Berkheimer at 1-866-309-6939.

Keystone Collections will collect earned income tax and local service tax ($52 per year) starting in 2011.  They have been designated the Chester County EIT Tax Collector. Pennsbury Township EIT tax rate for 2024 is .312%. Taxpayer Hotline 1-888-328-0565 or online at Keystone Collects

Keystone offers extended service hours for taxpayers up to April 15th.   Deliquent tax # 866-539-1100.  Residents can pay online at Keystone’s Pay/File.    TAX DEADLINE IS APRIL 15TH, 2025

County Taxes

County real estate tax bills are mailed in January and collected by the county. Information is available at (610) 344-6370. If you have questions about your assessment or collection of taxes, call the Chester County Assessment Office at (610) 344-6105.

School District Taxes

School real estate tax bills are mailed in June, contact the Unionville-Chadds Ford School district at (610) 347-0970 for information or if you have not received your bill.  .
