In re: Application of Frank and Kyra Boglev seeking variances: (1) from the prohibition against accessory buildings being located within the front yard of a lot under zoning ordinance section 162-2002.A.2.b; (2) from the prohibition against accessory dwellings being located further forward on the lot than the principal building under ordinance section 162-2002.A.2.c.; (3) from the 600 square foot maximum floor area for accessory buildings under ordinance section 162-2002.A.2.d.; and (4) from the 15 foot maximum height of accessory buildings under ordinance section 162-2002.A.4, and such other relief as is necessary to permit the construction of a 625 square foot detached garage and home office, 22 feet tall, with a 260 square foot deck, on property located at 4 Jacobs Way, Chadds Ford, PA (UPI#64-5-20.2D) in the Township’s R-2 Residential zoning district.
