Application of Robert Herrera, seeking: (1) a variance from ordinance sections 162.1503.E.2, .3 and .4) so as to permit disturbance of the Zone 1 and Zone 2 Riparian Buffer areas to enable the construction of a residential driveway therein; and (2) a Special Exception pursuant to ordinance section 162-1506.C and .E from the 30% limit on disturbance of the Moderately Steep Slope under ordinance section 162-1503.B.1.a, and/or such other relief as may be required for construction of a proposed residential driveway, all on property located at 901 Hickory Hill Road, Chadds Ford, PA (UPI #64-3-122.10) in the Township’s R-3 Residential zoning district.
