FREE Shredding Event
The truck will be located in the parking lot on Saturday, June 13th, from 9 am to noon. This is a popular event and an opportunity to dispose of sensitive documents properly. Bring your boxes of documents and watch the “shredding.” PLEASE NO BUSINESSES – Service for Residents only.
WHAT NEEDS TO BE SHREDDED
All obsolete documents with sensitive personal information, such as tax documents, bank statements/canceled checks/credit card statements, credit card offers, etc. (staples and small paper clips can be shredded).
WHAT CANNOT BE SHREDDED: Binder Clips, all sizes; spiral bindings, plastic covers, metal rings/binders.
DO NOT BRING: Newspapers, books, magazines, cardboard, X-rays, CDs, floppy discs, or any miscellaneous household items. Batteries are a fire hazard – please do not include them when you bring your materials for shredding.
